First and foremost, there is an easy-to-use contact form on our home page. All you need to do is head on over to www.greensmokeroomseeds.com and click on the ‘Contact’ tab at the top left of the page. Simply leave your details along with your query/concern/message and hit submit. Our sales team respond to your claim and be more than happy to guide you under their wing as soon as they have a free minute!
Should you require more urgent assistance, emails can be sent directly to either email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. If your email is order-related, please be sure to include the order number as a reference/subject header in order to help our team speed up their service to you.
There are also a number of social media pages out there for our fans to engage with. Whilst we can appreciate the canna-community out there making use of and interactiong on public pages such as ‘Cannabis Club SA’ or ‘The South African Canna and Hemp Growers Society’ (Go give both of these quick like/follow by the way!), any messages posted to those groups may not reach the powers the be.
